Yes. In many cases, a sketch, a photo, or an old worn-out part is enough. Based on that, we can analyze the project, clarify the requirements, and propose a suitable solution.

Yes. The choice of material always depends on the working conditions of the part, such as temperature, load, friction, working environment, or contact with food or chemicals. That is why, before production, we analyze the component’s application and help select the right material.

We start the process with a conversation and an analysis of your needs. Then we review the design or sample, select the material and manufacturing technology, prepare a quotation, and once it is approved, we proceed with the production of the part.

The quotation depends on factors such as the type of material, the size of the part, required tolerances, machining technology, and the working conditions of the component. That is why each project is priced individually.
